Hello Fellow Hot Sauce Lovers,

Some of you may already know me from my  Caribbean Pot | Caribbean Recipes | Caribbean Cooking blog. My name is Chris and for the past 20 + years I’ve called Ontario Canada my home. I was born on the twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago where I developed a love for food and hot sauces (pepper sauces as it’s called in the Caribbean) at an early age. With this passion for cooking and the enjoyment of hot sauces, added to my experience doing business online I decide to document this passion on my various blogs.

I’m also inviting anyone who share the same passion for “heat” to submit your reviews of the different hot sauces you’ve enjoyed over the years. The idea behind Fierce Sauces is to create a community where we can all share our passion for spicy foods and hot sauces. This will also be a medium for me to promote my many sauces that I have in development, from recipes that were passed down from my great grand parents. I’ve been fortunate to have 2 grandmothers and a mother who were very willing to share what was taught to them as far as creating hot sauces and other spicy foods. My last surviving grandmother is currently 94 years young and she still makes her own blend of sauces, chutneys, anchar and kuchela. Not to be outdone, my other grandmother who left us a few years ago at the age of 95 was also very creative when it comes to sauces.
